    Here is a very unusual badge with the Statue of Liberty and NYC Skyline in the backround. The badge says at the bottom "Liberty Island NY", and is 3" round and made of copper that has been embossed. The back of the badge has 4-eyelets, unknown what it was attached to or what it was used for, but very interesting. If anyone knows the history behind this please let me know, thanks.

    Not sure of the age, but appears very old.

      Your badge looks like it is from the 1950s, since it has the United Nations buidling on it. Most certainly not before that. From what I can see in the photo of the reverse, I'd say this is what is known as repousée. That is the method that was used to create the actual Statue of Liberty.

      With the loopes I would guess this is sew on type badge maybe for a tour guides hat?
