Been trying for a year to identify this "IRIS" vase as to who made it and when. The outside is satin with hints of iridescence and the base is 8-sided and crystal. I can't find any mold marks and the base is concave and smooth. It measures 7 3/4" tall by 8" wide. The detail on the irises and leaves is quite beautiful. Any Ideas?? Thanks, LOU
**** While Looking at a vase that Hedgewalker suggested was by Duncan Miller, I came across this picture of a vase *(see photo 4) made by DUNCAN that is the exact vase that I have been searching for over three years. The one photographed is in opalescent blue but I bet that it was also made in clear glass by Duncan. I am truly pleased about this!! RER(BOB)
Found a DUNCAN 1943 Catalogue page Showing this exact vase in Satin Glass so definitely a Duncan product introduced in 1934.
Thanks to all those Who looked at this vase and gave their Love! Wish I could get some idea on the Origin of this unique Vase. LOUMANAL
