    This was my Mothers it always stay in the Kitchen drawer I never knew what it was! it has in red cola or Icola its wood with metal hook like on end & metal holding bottom piece on Please Help!!!!!

      what you got there is a tenderizer....
      usually used for dough...
      can be used for light meat too...(fish ,chicken...the normal tenderizer would break all the fibers and they would come appart)
