Because I'm so happy I found these Micro Mosaic earrings I want to show them to you. The flowers are composed of very small tesserrae and lie in an Onyx plate. The edges are probably of gold and they have a quality mark. It seems to me the old Vatican gold gold mark but I can't see well even with a loupe. The best photo I could get is pix number 4. I suppose to see the crossed keys from this mark.
Together with my wonderful Micro Mosaic pigeons brooch it's a beautiful demi parure.
Does anyone have any idea if this mark is indeed the old Vatican hallmark?

we gotta go shopping together -- nice job!!!! are you seeing double keys on that hallmark???? i can't tell by pics 3 & 4 -- if your seeing keys perhaps it could be the very old vatican gold hallmarks
epson233 thanks for all your nice compliments and you are welcome so we are going to shop together that would be nice. There are so many beautiful jewels I see, but sometimes I look around for a very rich oil sheick with a big bag of money of course to be able to buy so much fantastic jewels, but I realize I'm to old for that (!?) I'm aware of my own lucky possession of so nice things gathered in all the past years. And yes I believe you are right about the keys in the hallmark. It's not very clear but I also think to see a part of crossed keys! Please stay in touch!

Is there anybody who can tell more about the showed hallmark (photo 3) Up till now I don't have any clue!
i wonder if it is rellted puas pius 9, but must be blunder somewhere , why the mark in this deviation, make no sense
