De Distel took over pottery factory Lotus of Nienhuis in 1901, Nienhuis’ mat glaze ceramics at an ivory background with changing geometrical ornament-decorations, became the speciality of Distel, clients all over the world!
here are some nice examples of those
-1- 50 cm high vases
-2- 50 cm wide jardinière
-3- clocks high 55cm
-4- several small ( 8 cm to 17 cm) vases with geometric designs
