These is part of my colleccion of Foo dogs in wood.
Foo dogs are a chinese god.
Is a collection dificult to find , because they are alot of fake; i only
love original and antique.

Good luck with those pieces. They are common in East Asia and not difficult to find along "antique streets". Look more like modern reproductions than original or antique. Major flaw in this collection could be observed by noticing how some of them look so similar in carvings, material, artificial surface aging and frankly not intricate at all.
I have what I believe to be a very old hand carved with 2 heads (believe it was to hold incense (alter of some sort) I would love to find out more about this item .
26 inches long and approx 10 inches high. All Wood , All one piece. Very detailed and still has red coloring (although faded)
