Hello Again,
This is the last piece of newly found silver. It shows a bit of damage, but a beautiful thing.
It measures 1+1/2" high, 2+3/8" in diameter
the matching covered containers measure approximately 2+1/8" high, 2+3/8 inches in diameter
( sorry I didn't include that information earlier )
Stillwater, if you have a chance I'd love to know more about them, but a big Thank You for what you've alreay written.

Yeah, see that discolored sheen at the bottom of the bowl? That's the silver tarnishing through the gold. You can also see the gilding worn away on the other pieces, and the white silver underneath.
This is a sake cup here, the other bowls are probably from a serving set. There were probably several other piecesoriginally. They're either from the late Meiji-era or first half of the 19th century.
