I don't know a thing about china but I saw this at a garage sale for 75c and thought it was pretty. I'm guessing its a repro, but can anyone tell me for sure?

wound up searching some of the other posts, and found the mark is a Ridgway mark, and it looks like it might be real. So cool!
Ridgways used the bow & quiver mark in the 19th century and then again with the Semi-china mark added between 1912-20. The blue willow pattern is a very popular design. Well done!
PS. The embossed mark, which I can't read may be the last two digits of the year it was made.
thank you so much for the information Mary! I thought maybe it would be from 1832, because that's on the plate as well, but I guess not. Maybe that's the pattern number?
for the embossed mark, I assume you mean the indention in the glaze to the upper left of the mark, as seen in the second picture? If so, as far as I can tell, it looks like just the number "1" and nothing else. Any ideas? Would they just have 1, if it was made in 1901? But that wouldn't fit with the 1912-20 date... I'll try and do some more reading!
According to marksforantiques and a Stafforrdshire pottery guide, the semi-china on the name wasn't used unti 1912. Many English earthenware had an embossed date, but maybe not this company,, it may mean something else.
