I've seen a few other examples of these lamps - they always have the same tole shade, a cracked glaze and often they are suspended in a stand - but the stand can vary quite a bit in design and color. They are not marked anywhere as far as I know but are so distinct someone must know who made them?
Very cool! I particularly like the ones on the left
