Some time ago I posted here the picture of two DISKO items (http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/41272-disko-per-ltken-holmegaard-1957?in=collection-464), No, checking out my glass pictues I see there are more DISKO vases, so here they are. The rarest seem to be the ball vase (not realated at all to the RONDO ball vases ) that we've got in three different colours: Disko, Greenland and Labrador (one is Carlos's, the other one's mine and the third one -this one- was a gift from Carlos to me).
I'm adding the pic I posted previously, so you can see at just one glance the five DISKO items in my collection.

So the shape is called Disko?
They are so nice. I am sure: There will be a Holmegaard Museum in Madrid one day.

As it happens with most of Lütken's series of the 50s and 60s, their items have their colour in common, not the shapes. So these five items are called DISKO because of their colour.
To add some confussion, there's a design calle DISKOS, whcih came in different colous (Laguneblaa, Safir, pink... this is it: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/39253-laguneblaa-candleholder-per-ltken-ho?in=collection-449) But there is nos DISKOS in the DISKO range :)

The color is so interesting, almost an army green. Real earthy.
