Found this today at GW. Anyone have any ideas in it? Looks like an original drawing on old fragile paper. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd say 1700s as the guys are wearing the tri cornered hats. And the ladies have those "doilies" all over them. Does have Frenchy looking buildings.
Get a magnifying glass and look yo see if it has a lot of little dots. (print)
I only know these couple of steps to take. I think Phil should be able to help. That signature stinks...no idea.
