In the pictures it is hard to tell if it is a low ruffled bowl or a plate. When the piece sit on a table how high is the edge from the table, one inch, three inches, or more?

I have been collecting carnival glass for over 40 years and have not seen any salt & pepper pieces. How many do you have?
There is no marking on the bottom, just white glass or china. Will try and post a pic.

This is a beautiful plate and if someone was to find one at a Flea Market or Antique shop it would be a better investment than stocks & bonds. Carnival glass is going up in value.
