That is a Hawthorne sprocket. The 'throwing star sprocket was used on most of the 1940 - 1958 models. Your photos are difficult to see clearly so hard to give you more information. Sorry.
It looks like a 1932 Hawthorne Moto Bike except your handlebars are very different.
