The body looks very close to the "Spoony-Fish" by Heddon - 1930s, but those had a single hook through the body. This one certainly looks more modern - but the Spoony was a gold body, fish shaped spoo...
I am closer to a Zachary Turner than a Heddon I believe.
It is indeed the Top-n-pop, #500-P. Value is $15-20 is top condition, more with box etc.
Couldn't identify it - but any vintage metal minnow = $$$, especially with built in action for hooks or hardware. Super find, enjoy.
They are great -- I believe they may be a very nice find in regard to age and condition. Got me curious and headed into my catalogs. Thanks for posting.
