I colect old power mowers and Briggs engines. Locke mowers are in my opinion the best power reel mower ever built. But quality cost; a new triplex like the one in the pic cost about$700 in the early 3...
What you have is a horse drawn reel mower. I collect self propelled ones and have a machine that is missing the reel, possibly the same one that is in your machine. -Greg
Any idea what happened to that machine?
The mower pictured is a Locke. That particular machine was made between 1933 and 1941. -Greg
