I got an answer from that group. Someone says is from wray and kay from seattle who do "frantic pottery". However, this resembles none of their work.
I sent A picture to Heritage auctions. They told me they can't appraise it because it doesn't meet their minimum requirements. SO I know it's worth nothing, but that still doesn't answer my question a...
