Very interesting that you have the same trunk with the same date. The locks on mine have no stamps. I bought it at a garage sale in Orlando Florida around the age of 16. Been lugging it around a lttle...

Thanks, I have researched quite a bit but its hard finding pieces where the top slats are horizontal instead of vertical....I will keep looking though. Thanks much!
