I think its 80s because the wheels are very different. In the 70s the skateboard wheels were polyurethane (wheels made of oil). I'm very sorry I can't help get your info on this longboard.
I think its from the 70s. the wheels look like polyurethane and I don't know about the trucks. I don't think it was from the 60s because 60s had clay wheels made from composite walnut shells.

This board is extremely rare the company was B&B Enterprises you would get these from a magazine if you ordered one it will come with a motorcycle helmet with the same design. I have one but with like...
