OOHHHHH!!!!!! yes I think that is what it is. A silkscreen print!! Thanks for pointing that out. It is very cool looking, very modern looking. Just wish I knew who did it.

Forgot to mention the frame looks period to the print. Also how would I go about getting this cleaned and restored? Thanks Guys!!
The biggest reason to punch holes in them were to hang them from a rope, so not to loose them while out. Parents mostly did this for their children to not loose the hard earned money.
