The chair back is just like the green one on this link http://mcmnerd.com/archives/1672/kodawood-of-miami-ray-charles-kofod-larsen
It looks like its a kodawood because the back legs of the chair are attached similar with metal rods. There is no label on the back. This is most likely due to the paint not being original.
