Ill add some better photos but no the metal piece doesnt move. The metal hook is on the inside of the bag at the bottom, and doesnt move at all. I think there is something thats suppose to go there.
Yes, it still works. Needs a little bit of work done though. It tends to stop during the day but its been able to last a little longer after each wind. Thank you for the information helps a lot.
