Hi, Did you ever find out the name of this pattern? I bought the same casserole today at our local markets and yours is the only one I can find on the internet!
The label was updated in 1936 to read ‘Potter To HM Queen Mary’, following the death of King George V. This label reads "Potters to HM Queen Mary" which is 1953 to 1978.

On the zipper inside is written MVP and its very high quality blue/black material.
No there are no tags inside.

It is a jelly belly turtle brooch. It is made of lucite. These where made between 1938 and 1960.
