Sorry to say, but it looks like resin. Have you tried sticking a hot pin in somewhere discreet like the base or inside the mouth? If you smell plastic you will know for sure.
Very nice bottle and attractive, but I'd date this bottle as sometime in the last 50 years. The shape of the bottle and the foot are all indicators imo.

it's a very pretty bottle or vase. I haven't seen an old bottle before like this before myself - snuff bottle market so saturated with fakes...
