So I have been told it is Czech Art Glass.. does anyone know who used that mark on Czech glass?

Well I have come to a dead end.. I looked at it a bit closer, and I do not see any seams at all. Some bubbles.. It kinda makes me think from what I have read it was hand blown. Just by whom and when...
Well I was looking at Steuben bowls.. and I did come across a bowl identical in shape, almost the same green but without the cloud formation.

I looked at every Cloud glass image I could find and nothing even comes close to this. The clouds on the outside of this glass look so much brighter then the others.. Ugh i feel like im loosing a ba...
