I have worked hands on in home restoration throughout my adult life and am currently a licensed home inspector. I am furthering my studies to include construction inspection and professional licensing as a disaster relief insurance claims adjustor. Believing that life creates both an endless opportunity to help others and in furthering my education, I am involved with general social history and historic preservation on a local, state, and national level. I am qualified and available to consult in the specialty of residential restoration, pre purchase and post purchase evaluation of building restoration, the recognition of various styles of architecture and the appropriate aspects of interior, exterior, and landscape designs that accompany buildings of various design. Personally I enjoy an eclectic atmosphere in my own old Victorian home - a mixture that would have naturally accumulated through 'every-mans' lifetime - a true sense of place that is reflected by the inclusion of sentimental collections - the nostalgia of our youth, to the incorporation of industrial re-use and a high technology lifestyle that we attempt to keep up with today.
