Looks like it was a fire truck, looks like a bell would hang on the front. Probably late 40's early 50's. Very nice piece, looks solid.
Hi, I have seen Seltzer bottles made in Czechoslovakia go for as much as $200.00 at auction.Yours looks to be in excellent condition, should sell on line for at least $100.00 maybe $150.00. I just sol...
Old Seltzer bottle. The bottles made in Czechoslovakia seem to be worth more money. I've seen some go for up to $200.00 at auction in excellent condition. (no staining, cracks or chips) No matter it i...
What is an estimated value on this? I just passed on one at our local Flea Market. He wanted $75.00, I offered $50.00 but he wouldn't budge. Just a little better sahape than the one you have shown.
I also have a nice collection of candy dishes. All of mine also say Jennette PA. I 'm thinking on average about $30.00 each. Some a little more some a little less.
Hull Brown Drip pieces are very collectable. We have a couple hundred pieces that will be going on ebay in the next couple weeks. Very nice pitcher. McCoy also makes a very nice pitcher in Brown Drip.
Try Nekbe signs of the times on ebay, sometimes you can get a deal. I bought a 1923 miller tire sign from him, double sided and just one very small scratch. It is small only 23 inches long and 8 inches...
I would guess this to be an Army training gun.
From the 40's, value in that shape maybe $50.00 to $75.00. So many varieties of this sign were made, I have 8 different styles from the 40's of Nichol Kola. I have never seen that one before, maybe yo...
Not a complete loss, they are still worth some money, Newer replicas do sell for a couple hundred bucks.
I just love the Fonz thermos, Not offending at all. Thanks for sharing.
Nice machine, Theme away buddy. I've been doing it for yrs and making quite a nice profit on them. I mostly do the 50's, 60's N.W. too but I make more on the Acorn machines I do. I just restored a Vic...
The doors are original and are many different styles available. The box is home made. They usually have a slot on top with a brass cover and used as banks. They are very nice. I have plenty of doors b...
Looks like part of my collection, I have a 1942 Shermack Stamp Machine and next to it is my Charlie Weaver Bartender.
How do you get a KOKEN Chair at a garage sale. Koken is the ultimate barber chair. Be glad to take it off your hands. Beautiful Chair!!!
Don't think it is Koken. They usually have the head rest that he invented and porcelain arm rests. And the leg rest would have been more ornate with the Koken name. This is as darkknits said, 50's sty...
Leave it inside and don't ever restore that car. Somethings re better left alone, and that car is one. GORGEOUS !!!!!!!
Love the pics. I think the 1 arm chair is for a man wearing a gun on his side. Not sure but I have a pic of my grandfather x's 3 Standing behind a one arm chair taken in1867. He was not in the militar...
I have one identical to that one except I restored mine in an almond color. Same decals as yours. They will dispense the 3in. candy bars, and yes sometimes they give out 2 bars. I bought mine for $150....
I've only been viewing show and tell for a week now and haven't put any of my stuff on yet. I can say looking at all the posts , you have one of the best overall collections I have sen in a long time....
Picked me one in Mansfield Oh. with all original full bottles. Your carrier looks to be slightly nicer than mine. Thanks for sharing.
What a great collection. I would constantly be shining and cleaning. Hope mine looks as nice someday.
From the 40's, have one just like it.
WOW !!! What a great piece. Never seen duel openers.
Had one growing up. Me and my brother played many, many games on our board. That is one sweet looking game. Should be an easy sell to a game collector.
That is an Arco cigarett machine. That model is probably early to mid 50's. Some models are made to either sit on a counter or hang on the wall. If you have the key and it's in working condition and i...
Love the Sinclair sign !!!
I have a WWI photo much the same. A Marine and his lady friend standing next to a 1923 model T. Looks great, matted and framed. Anyone interested let me know and I'll show some of my old WWII photos a...
One way to check is the sheath. Authentic ones have a rivet on each side about an inch down from the opening. It also should have a cotton liner. If the sheath is real good chance the knife is. Good l...
To my knowledge this piece was made in the Phillipines and is hand carved. I found one in a storage locker i had bought and sold it on line for $50.00. It is solid all the way through and made from w...
