John Deere produced the real 4020 tractors from 1963 or 64 until the early 70's. Not really sure when Ertyl started producing the pedal tractors. I have seen them sell for $165.00 to $300.00. Grand...

Thank you John, I assumed it was original.
Have one just like it. My has been painted but it is still blue underneath. I just posted mine on here last weekend. People where telling me it was an Irish Mail type. Now I have seen two.
The are a lot of pedal cars on ebay that will give you a good idea. I think you will do well as long as you bought it right. Great pick!
