Interesting! Would love to see some pictures of your collection.
I thought so too. It was electrified back in the 40's or 50's and I rewired it and installed LED bulbs. Probably cost me more than $17.50 to do that. It was more beautiful when it was lit. Just hope ...
The case is in very nice condition after all these years. Many of the cars are the ones I played with and I still have most of them and more! Very nice.
Seems there are different versions. Mine goes down to -40 and has a 6 on the left side, I've seen another that goes down to -30 and has an 8 on the right , and another that goes to -50 with a 5 on the...
Thanks for that information. At least I know the age range. I guess there is no way to narrow it down any more? Do you know the significance of the '6' at the bottom?
LOL yea as soon as I mention I have a question about warranty on Heating Elements there will be silence on the other end. Thanks for that link. I searched on slogan that was on their billboard a...
It certainly is! :-)
Added a picture. Testing the dosage amounts. Medicinal purposes only. :-)
Yep, a bit of history with every drink! :-)
Great information on the history of dosage glassed! Thanks As for the measurement details, I have to read that again, and again, and again.. :-) Thanks again!
Great find and supporting document! Very cool. :-) pun intended
Very cool tractor. I would say it's worth fixing up but maybe leave the 'patina'. Love the fact that it started right up with fresh gas and a new plug. Built to last!
Great graphics!
I've seen that done and it's a great idea. I don't think the element on mine screws out but sure the modification could still be done if I want. Thanks for sharing!
Yes, very simple and well built compared to what we buy today. I might just check the current draw and see how it compares to a new ceramic heater. Maybe it has the wattage listed on it. I'll have to...
Very cool. I have one that is similar and will post a pic of it working!
Great find! What's not to like about vintage Hot Wheels? :-) I have the same car in lime with the matching button/pin/tag thing.
