how do I get to the bulb..to change it
I think someone recently added the felt...to protect their table.....I know it was not original felt.....bottom looks hand filed....any ideas on when this was made? thanks all...

there is as very similar one at wrinkl;edwillietreasures.com....that's why I believe this is a salesmans sample..... but thanks I will looks at ladies cuspidors..and see whats ...
