      Nice.

      The case is an early thermoplastic case dating from the 1850s. I guess one of your relatives decided to pair them up. It was a good idea. These 20th century arcade shots are usually in terrible condition as a result of being uncased for almost a century!

      Another look tom-- Are you sure it is CO and not a "Cliff House" backdrop?

      Scott, not sure if it was CO. my guess is they lived in Colorado until 1909 and then moved to Los Angeles, CA. They look fairly young. He was born 1855, she was born 1859
