    Bought this piece by Ulrica a month ago. It is signed Kosta Boda / Artist Collection / 98962 / Ulrica H V.

    It is part of the Birdy Collection - unusually it is a paperweight / sculpture. The other pieces in the Birdy collection from 1989 were vases in four shapes I think and this object. The prefix '9' is seen on small paperweight / sculpture forms. The next two numbers indicate the year when it was introduced into production. The final two numbers indicate the number of the design.

    It is hot worked and decorated in enamels. Signed in enamel : UHV / AS.

    Something different from the extraordinary mind of Ulrica.
