A 6 1/4" tall , mirror finish , arched acid etch mark on base of this Art Glass Vase . Recently went to another great re-sell shop and there it sat , glowing from the shelf and very well priced ; so it came home with me . The green and eggplant colors against the white have a marbled look and the shape is very Art Deco , was thinking Kralik around 1920-40's .
The style of mark on the underside indicates that it is Kralik Production. Great find!! It is a cool piece in a nice decor.
Never seen this décor or shape before! Fabulous
That's really beautiful Pat!!
Thanks for the friendly comments welzbub , philmac51 , jscott0363 and all the loves from all . I am new to collecting glass , having fun learning , seeing all the post from others and searching the shelves for MORE .
Oh! LovelyPat, what a beauty!!! GREAT find! :^)
Beautiful piece,indeed Kralik.
These can be iridized (like yours) or glossy. The decor combines deep translucent pebbles of glass with finer glass powders. Ill try to give you a link
Pebbles and powders. It is filed under powder decors but it can also be catalogued under confetti decors
