War Bonds Poster??

Okay, what is this, and is it from WW2? It was made before laser printers. That's all I can distinguish. The process of printing is ambiguous here.
I'm unsure of what to make of this print. It is printed on textured paper that would have merely had the edge-work and "Work, Fight and Buy Bonds" and War Bonds stamps already printed on it (you can see the ink, which is not made of lithoed dots like the main image). The Hintermeister duo did a lot of calendar work, and this is definitely cut from something, but it would make for an extremely large and long calendar and there is no hole in the top to put a nail through. I'm wondering if it were a poster with more info at the bottom, which was then cut off, or even some sort of place-mat since there are no pin holes in the corners.
Hy Hintermeister is signed at the bottom left. This is the signature used by both John Henry Hintermeister and, later, his son Henry Hintermeister. Their art is very similar in style to Normal Rockwell. John died in the '40s, and Henry has conflicting info though a Find-a-Grave search would likely settle it.
I picked it up because, you know, bears. <3
