This was our Rex Dog, and Peaches the Cat, best friend! Rex was taken from us too soon, about 3yrs ago now, and we still miss him very much. We got Rex, and Peaches, when our oldest son, moved into an Apartment, that didn't allow pets. It was going to just be a short time, but things didn't work that way, and both Rex Dog, and Peaches the Cat, became members of our house, and Family, for over 5yrs, until a tragedy, took Rex Dog from all of us! ;^(
Thomas(Brunswick) posted a picture of his Dog, with a look that reminded me of our Rex Dog. Thanks for posting Thomas, but sometimes Love Hurts! ;^)

Rex Dog was so handsome and looks good tempered in your pix Bill. So sorry for his loss for both you & your son, pets become a member of the family and it's always heartbreaking

Thanks keramikos, Rex Dog was a sweetheart, and he loved his Peach Cat. They were both rescues, and grew up together, so Rex preferred Cats over Dogs any day! :^D I think Rex was licensed as a Terrier-mix, but except for his smaller size I think he was part Rottweiler, because of his coloring! :^)

Awww, Rex was so cute, and preferring Peaches to other dogs shows how affectionate he was!
