Again, very easy on the eye green jugs. I love this Bohemian iridescent green with its flashes of purple. Circa 1900 - 1905. There is a vertical stylized pattern which runs from top to bottom around the outer circumference of each of them. The pattern reminds me of a tree or vine. I think that there is a name for this type of decor. The jugs have a recessed polished pontil. Height is 15 cms and width is approx 13 cms. The handles are superbly formed by whom I think was a highly skilled master glassmaker.
Looks like Neptune decor.
Thanks, Wow22. I wonder if they gave it that name because of the color and the seaweed like raised surface pattern on the jug's circumference?
Perhaps you don't know the loetz.com website?? You will find many wonderful examples of Neptune there.
