      i think it's Japanese transfer printed - early 20th c.

      excellent assessment of h02cultcha , he earns the credits, the key assessment is i think , it is transferware, which actually diminish the value this is actually what they wrongly call Igezara ( it got no piecrust rim)

      We have to divide the timespread of the transferwares , and this type of tranferware is probably between 1890-1920, because it is thick potted, the buddhist emblem is heavily styilized is known for the early taisho period , , and an indication might be the Pegasus ( export reasons european market )
