    All was fine again in record land
    With the new 45 disk
    that fits on the 33 1/3 spindle

      How many will even know what this is? the hints you give gave it away, I remember! is that saying I'm that old to remember what a 45 disk is ? Let alone what a 33 means!!!

      RichmondLori they spin at 33 1/3 revolutions per minute (rpm)
      My name Vinyl 33rpm
      Since approximately the late 50s
      all records were made from vinyl
      before that shellac

      Vynil - there were 38's too, weren't there? I think that is what confused me before, although sometimes it does not take very much to confuse me, sorry if I caused any upset. : } Lori.

      16 RPM was almost always children’s records
