Trying to find info about small plate. Item is not for sale. Just curious about the mark and where it might have come from.

i don,t know this so i gonna talk some bs, i am social antrophosofical and not technical
first of all it,is Japanese , because the Tsukuru = Zo is the japanese word for made ( symbol down under )

      mine assumption Hirado or Mikawachi
datamined it , kiln does, not make sense probably the mark is too heavily stylised

appearance SHIRAYURI plate- Japanese for white lily

technically alleged underglaze blueish . bit slightly celadonish with overglaze lily decoration

style alleged NABESHIMA ( not polycolored but blue white)

dating inconclusive i don,t trust the bottom glazing and i don,t trust the rim sedimentation , so i think it is vintage

the formal official name of the iris is ensata , so there is difference bewteen normal iris and japanese iris
