Large Scale Model of USS Lexington CV-2 Palm Springs Air Museum The Exciting Part 2

This time we feature the bridge and rather large smoke stack. Also the many anti-aircraft guns. Which reminds me. The Lexington had the quad 1.1 guns and not the 40mm Bofors seen here. Also note the rather large ammount of lighter AA guns around the smokestack. The largest guns were the 5" guns seen in the last photo.
Sadly the Lexington did not survive the Battle of the Coral Sea. I believe 4 large fleet carriers were lost in the early days of WWII.
I think I have one more ship to post, if not I have a few other items.
