      dav2no1, Ha! Yeah, ya snuck in there on me. };-)

      I also saw that tubesandmore dot com website, but decided not to link it, because they're charging for copies. Well, they're trying to, anyway.

      You can download the individual page image files for free, and then combine them into a single PDF using one of the free converters out there (although a couple of the page image files were being a bit difficult by wanting to download as webP files as the default).
