Comments
The Sacagawea Dollar proved to be unpopular amongst the American public and are today rarely seen in everyday commerce. However, they are frequently used in Ecuador and El Salvador, two nations that have adopted the United States dollar.
The standard weight of all base-metal dollars issued since 2000 is 125 grains.

look at the inner wings profile of the bird, which are horizontol ( the bars)
the cheerios equivalents got forward slashing in the wings, the grading is something like a vf so it actually implies the value is at best face value of this
be back in a very long time to try to find an solution for the blunderbus coins
Value of 2000-D $1 Sacagawea Gold Dollar Coin
Just over a half billion 2000-D Sacagawea coins were minted. This was of course the first year the Denver Mint issued this series. With a mintage that high, there is really not much of a chance for these coins to be rare.
this is the conclusion to substantiate namely the p mintage is the d mintage WATCH AT WINGS PIN VERTICALS !!
addendum THE TAIL OF THE WING !!!DIFFERENCE
I hope that I can help. The Sacagawea dollar coin had a life span of 2000-2008. The "Cheerios" name came about as the result of a promotion idea. A large number of these coins were packaged in a breakfast ceral named Cheerios, thus the name stuck. At least 5000 of the first minted with a special finish dated 2000 were given to Glenna Goodacre.( payment for the obverse design).
Government's failure to do away with the Dollar bill but they keep trying!! But it puts a lot of coins out of circulation!! Happy collecting!!
