This counterstamp is interesting because I could find only one Internet reference to "ZIRIKELBAC" other than your post here:

It's certainly an unusual name. Zirkelbach is common, but Zirikelbac?

That is very strange.. I even tried searching with a different browser to no avail. Intrigued by your coin, I sent a request to the Nova Scotia historical society. Maybe they can solve this mystery?

technically it is a TC-552683, so it is no currency, technically it is Exonumia
The name is J Zirikelbach. The whole name didn't fit on this coin.
