This 1955s is best one I have out of three. None are DD but in my opinion in excellent condition except for the edge, I was wondering how do I find out if this is damage from the mint.

i am just an amateur, so i won,t be of much help i think
it,s probably an KM 132 ( which is an numista classification) its a San-Francisco limited ( very elaborate about 4.500.000 i believe)
I can,t see it is a BIE deviation ,( because the photo,s are partial)
the levelling is normal, THe S is not denting or cubing
actually coins are a type of cooky cutters with in the 50 ties something like 50 tons of pressure unilateral or like hammering depends on the proces within a collar
if the pressure is that high it is IMO not so likeliky, you got a sloping in the rim denting, it is not jagging of serration also , maybe something happened with an uneven pressure ( tyre)sloping in the pressure, not due to minting
i wonder if we got a theoraticall problem here , because whatever the fallacy problem might be , we are still committed the the condition of the coin which run from 1 to 70 IMO it got a lot of wear ( see vertical loss , damage in the jackets etc)
actually you are stating an grading of an XF 40-45, IMO opinion it is lower IMO it

That was a flood of information greatly appreciate you taking your time and responding. So basically coins I posted are not that omg! Interesting. I'll try to get different variety of pictures. I'm no collector of any sort. I have a friend who dilly dally around a bit so I started looking for coins that caught my eye for him. Anyway I was introduced to a friend of his that gave me two vintage looking rolls of Penny's from the US Kansas City Federal Reserve, something like that, anyway every one of them are 1960 D and look bran new, he also gave me 1906, 1907, 1908, 1909 Indian head pennys and a 1943 steel all I'm sure are worth nothing more than keep sake's for my grandkids.
Anyway thank you for taking the time to talk to me
