Hello All,
I recently found these in the trash at the place where I work. The impact of their being discarded broke a couple of them badly. I was happy to rescue the 5 that I have. They're hand painted with an interesting mark on the back. I wish that I could tell you something more about them. They measure 9+1/2 inches in diameter. I thought they were spectacular. A couple of them have small chips. One has a metal staple mend to a barely distinguishable crack. All very exciting to me. I'd welcome any information about them. Thank You!
I guess they are 19th century Porcelain plates from Paris of the workshop of Edmé Samson. Am I right?
Edmé Samson on these exquisite plates ….. well done MPKUNST : Great Solve !!!
Quite a Save from the bins, TONINO !!!!!
it is a not solve, actually it just started , the sopra bianco style is out it is still 1880-1890 amorial and the difference is also in French LIly design ( pseudo qianlong) , but is it real , so you did wellreal, but there are different qualities
you have to judge without the marks for the fakes and from fleur de lys east india company, you have to shut out the strays if no mark
must be easy very to find a hope berry sprig something like
