      Since I live in the Caribes and have seen these "slave trade beans" fairly often. I did a bit of research. What I read is that these were made on an island in Venice and the method of making them was/is a closely guarded secret. Take it or leave it. The term "slave" has turned into a money maker, so take it with a grain of salt.
