I was recently able to acquire these 3 very old beautiful Micro Mosaic plaques. They are depictions of archaeological buildings and I would like to ask you if you know which depictions these are?
I think one of these three is an image of the Temple of Vesta, but I'm not sure. Two oval mosaics are depicted in goldstone, which shines especially in the light. The third is depicted, like most mosaics in lava stone or onyx. The tesserae of all three are very fine and complete.
Who can tell me more about the images?

Beautiful micro mosaics! I'm wondering if the the bottom one is a reconstructed Parthenon? The remains don't have their end triangular lintels currently, but basically it was that shaped building.

I can't help for the monuments... Just say the "en grisaille" (black and white without other colors) is really unusual!!!!

a really fantastic collection , with some very nice pieces , e.g. the 18 k and the restoratione , logically it is almost blank, probably a vieuw pieces with an english mounting the plinius is and etruscan is topknotch, this collection is let,s affordable- at least some pieces are -riso, i am not so fond of pietro , d,ora combinatations, and ig accompagnied they are low K
IMO it is a total , count the pillars , the syle of the mapps , the forum the rather naked version , without copula dome etc compare the forum roman

the point is IMO there is no escape in this type of scene , the portal scene , maybe they are standard , did the obvious work ( mons- roman ), artistically i got some doubts ( you can calculate the inclanations) likelijke still Risormamento and a bit up

personnaly i think if you choose for dog scenes Restoriazione periode

A very nice collection , well done, little bloopers, good knowledge , but for heavens sake stay out of the goldstone pieces
