It's actually quite an interesting one in that, despite being installed in what looks like some flavor of a relatively modern domestic drawing room cabinet, the sewing machine head seems not to be a domestic model.
Try as I might, I can't make out the model number on the little model plate on the pillar, but it looks like it might be some flavor of a model 95, e.g.:

Neither can I make out the serial number, although I do spy a serial number cartouche on the bed in front of the pillar, e.g;

We could probably pin down the age of your sewing machine head to a single year using the serial number.
If you could add the model and serial numbers to your post I would appreciate it.
