Picked up this beauty today.
Wondering if anyone can provide me any further info please.

I believe it’s a 1906 but would like to know where it was made, what the model is and what the decal is. Thanks!

You're correct that the vintage of your machine is circa 1906.
Per the serial number tables at the International Sewing Machine Collectors' Society website, serial number H523384 was one of a block of 60,000 consecutive serial numbers ([H]521001 through [H]581000) allotted by Singer's central office to one of its factories, and all were intended to be stamped into the beds of model 27 sewing machine heads at the Elizabethport factory.
Your machine probably rolled off of the assembly line some time between the allotment date of its particular block (July 2 1906), and that of the next block of serial numbers intended for model 27 sewing machines that were going to be both cast and assembled at Elizabethport (September 18 1906).
FYI, the reason I included that intervening block of serial numbers was merely to illustrate that the Elizabethport was one of Singer's biggest factories, and as such did casting for some of the smaller ones that did only assembly.

That your machine is indeed a model 27 checks out visually, because it has the distinguishing characteristics of a Singer vibrating shuttle (the trapezoidal access door, the dual slide plates, and the circular needle plate), plus the low-mounted bobbin winder:

However, unless you are used to looking at vintage Singer sewing machines, you wouldn't necessarily know these things.

About the only thing that distinguishes the model 27 from its sibling the model 28 is size. The model 27 is full size, and the model 28 is three quarter size.
