i am talking by heart here
this type of enameling and glazing are always or hichozan or zoshuntai
this is a hichozan , or the mark is strange stylized , or we are in a for me in a deviation of the hichozan mark
deviations are hichozan shinpo sei ( tashiro monzaemon)
hichozan fukagawa deviation
hichozan shotoku
for me it unknown deviation , but it is hichozan meijji
always cute to have one, well done
Meiji!
Older than I would have thought, thanks for the info Apostata
