I've been geeking-out about these two, but mostly stopped at a dead-end with the larger bullet. Details are in the image; let me know if resolution comes out too chopped-chort to read. Sigonella Italy, WW2... Dug up during a 1999-2000 flight line renovation. I am guessing Axis, but possibly from Allies?... The measurements are far from common... In metric, the larger one is APPROXIMATELY a strange 11mm x 47mm... Great quality of manufacture on the larger one.. The other one may be "Lead" or a "final mass-production quality" attempt as the war clock was running out... Any hobbyists/experts out there have an idea what these could be? The more corroded one may be a little tricky. My unproven guess is that they may have been Air Defense efforts that went up and came back down... but that is a very big guess.
